Shipping policy

At Pando Coffee, we roast fresh every day! We operate Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. All orders are processed within 48 after receiving your order confirmation email, if your order is placed on Friday it will be shipped out the following Monday. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. You will continue to receive order delivery updates via Shop if that is your checkout method.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $4.95 flat rate economy shipping, and $8.95 flat rate standard shipping to 48 US states for orders under $45.00. Hawaii and Alaska flat rate shipping is based on the weight and size of the item. Orders over $50.00 will receive free shipping.

Local delivery

In-store pickup

 

At this time we do not offer in-store pickup.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada. 

We hope to ship to more places internationally soon!

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pando Coffee is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@pandocoffee.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Important information about Gear and Apparel

If you have added any of our awesome gear or apparel to your cart please note that the shipping time may vary on certain items. In order to be as sustainable as possible, our merchandise is not printed until an order in placed. Please be sure to see the lead times on each item. You will receive separate shipping notifications when other items from your order have been shipped. 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

At this time we do not ship to P.O. boxes, please use a physical address.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If you have received coffee that has physical damage to the packaging you may return the item within 14 days of purchase for an exchange of the same product or similar product of the same size. Currently, we cannot offer credits or refunds for coffee. Apparel and coffee gear can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase for in-store credit, a refund, or a replacement as long as the item is unopened and in its original condition. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@pandocoffee.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
