What does Pando mean?
Pando is the Latin word for "I spread". Pando National Forest is located right here in Utah! It is a “clonal colony” of quaking aspen which means that genetic analysis has shown that the entire forest is just one single male individual connected by a massive root system. How will my order be shipped to me?
We us USPS flat rate shipping for most orders and offer free shipping over a certain amount. Shipping cost is based on the destination and order weight.
How do I return an item?
If you have received coffee that has physical damage to the packaging you may return the item within 14 days of purchase for an exchange of the same product or similar product of the same size. Apparel and coffee gear can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase for in store credit, a refund or a replacement. Please email info@pandocoffee.com
